Let your website
show it.

Website design + local SEO
You wear enough hats.
Let me help
with this one.
You’re answering calls, scheduling jobs, sending estimates, and taking care of customers. Finding time to build or improve your website can feel like one more job waiting for you at the end of the day.
Let me take that work off your plate. I build clear, professional websites for plumbers, landscapers, contractors, and other small businesses in Columbia, TN and Middle Tennessee. You work directly with me to turn your services and goals into a website customers can understand and use. I guide the website process so you can stay focused on your business.
A website that helps
your business grow.
Your customers want to know whether you handle their kind of job, serve their area, and make it easy to get in touch. I build WordPress websites around those questions for small businesses in Columbia, Maury County, and the surrounding Middle Tennessee communities.
For a contractor, that means explaining individual services, the types of projects you take on, and where you work. A plumbing customer looking for water heater replacement needs different information from someone planning a bathroom remodel. Clear service pages give each customer a useful place to start, with a straightforward path to call or send an inquiry.
Helpful content also gives your business room to show what you know. Service explanations, answers to common customer questions, and examples from completed projects can make a website more useful than a short list of services. We identify the information your customers need and agree on the pages and content included in your project.
Already have a website? We start by reviewing the content and page addresses worth keeping. Then we plan improvements to the layout, service information, and contact options so the new site builds on the work you have already done.

You do not have to handle every part of your website yourself. Let me help you build an online presence that supports your business and makes the next step easier for your customers.
Make your business

Clear service information and useful local content help customers understand what you offer and where you work. We plan your website around the questions your potential customers are asking.
Make contacting
you easier.
Mobile-friendly pages, click-to-call buttons, and straightforward inquiry forms give interested customers a clear next step. Your website should make reaching you feel simple.

I’m Brenda.
Your business is personal.
Mine is, too.
I know your business represents your time, your livelihood, and a lot of hard work. My role is to make the website part easier, with practical guidance and someone you can actually talk to.
My background in nursing leadership taught me to listen closely, explain clearly, and pay attention to the details. I bring that same approach to your website: understand your goals, agree on a practical plan, and keep you involved.
Based in Columbia, TN, I help local contractors and service businesses build an online presence that supports their next step. Whether you are starting a business or ready for a better website, we work through the decisions together so you do not have to figure it all out alone.

Before we get started.
Do you work with contractors and local service businesses?
Yes. I design WordPress websites for small-business owners, with a particular focus on contractors and local service providers. The site should make your services, service area, and next step clear.
Is the $100/month hosting required?
Yes. Both the $2,500 website build and $3,000 business launch package require $100/month managed hosting on my server. Hosting and basic technical maintenance are included; extra work is separately scoped and priced.
Can you rebuild my existing website?
Yes. We review your current pages, useful content, and URLs first. We identify the service information, articles, and established page addresses worth keeping before planning the new layout. If a page address needs to change, redirects should be part of the launch plan so visitors can still reach the right information.
Will a new website guarantee leads or Google rankings?
No. A professional website can make your business easier to understand and contact, but leads also depend on demand, visibility, your offer, and follow-up. Ongoing SEO and advertising are separate conversations.
What should I have ready before a website project?
Start with your business name, contact details, services, service area, and the kinds of customers or jobs you want to attract. Gather your logo, any photos you have permission to use, and access to your existing website and domain. If you are missing content or photos, we discuss practical options and confirm content responsibilities in your written scope.
What should a contractor website include?
A useful contractor website explains the work you do, where you work, and how customers can contact you. Individual service descriptions, answers to common questions, and authentic project photos or examples help customers assess whether you are a fit. Include licenses, insurance information, and customer reviews only when they are accurate and verifiable. The pages and features for your business are agreed on before the build begins.
What is included in my project?
You receive a written scope before work begins, covering the agreed pages, features, content responsibilities, revisions, and launch deliverables. Any additions are discussed and quoted separately.
