$100/month

Your website stays on my managed server with hosting and basic technical maintenance. Additional pages, content changes, marketing, and work outside the agreed scope are quoted separately. This is ongoing website care, with support arrangements defined in your agreement.

First year planning: $3,700 for a new website, including 12 months of required hosting. Website redesigns start at $3,000 plus hosting. Additional agreed work is extra.

Built around your business

A professional website.
A practical starting point.

I build customized four page WordPress websites for local trades and service businesses in Columbia, TN, and Middle Tennessee. Plumbers, electricians, landscapers, handymen, welders, painters, pressure washing businesses, and other service providers need a clear way to explain their work and help customers get in touch.

I am a small business owner, too. You work directly with me to plan the copy and design around your services, your actual market area, and the jobs you want to attract.

Four useful pages

Your Home page introduces what you do and where you work. Your About page introduces the person and experience behind the business. Your Services page explains the work you offer in clear sections. Your Contact page makes it easy to discuss a project.

Initial local SEO included

We plan descriptive page titles, logical headings, service and location copy, relevant internal links, and search descriptions around your business. That gives customers and search engines useful information about your services and market area. Your written scope defines the content responsibilities, features, and revisions. Ongoing SEO campaigns and article publishing are separate work.

Your Website Should Do More Than Look Good. It Should Help Grow Your Business

A professional website gives referrals somewhere to check your business, helps explain your services to Google, and gives interested visitors a clear path to contact you. It can answer common questions and collect inquiries while you are busy working.

Your own domain gives your business a consistent home online. Accurate service descriptions and real project examples help a small company compete on relevance and trust. Helpful answers can reduce repeated explanations, and your Facebook posts, ads, and referrals have a useful destination.

As your business grows, you can keep improving the information customers need. Those are the nine benefits I plan around: credibility, search visibility, inquiries, availability, a central online presence, competitiveness, time savings, support for other marketing, and room to grow.

Start simple. A useful four page website can be the right fit when you need a professional presence without a complicated build.

Additional business support

Need help beyond
your website?

Google Business Profile Support

Need a hand with your business profile on Google? We can review your business information, listed services, and service area, then agree on the support you need.

Facebook Support

Need help with your business presence on Facebook? Tell me what you want to accomplish and where you need a hand. We will discuss a practical scope for your business.

Google Business Profile and Facebook support are available separately. Scope and pricing are agreed before work begins. They are not included in the website build or monthly managed hosting.

Good questions

Before we get started.

Do you work with contractors and local service businesses?

Yes. I design WordPress websites for small-business owners, with a particular focus on contractors and local service providers. The site should make your services, service area, and next step clear.

Is the $100/month hosting required?

Yes. New website builds and website redesigns require $100/month managed hosting on my server. Hosting and basic technical maintenance are included; extra work is separately scoped and priced.

Can you rebuild my existing website?

Yes. We review your current pages, useful content, and URLs first. The goal is to improve the website while preserving valuable content and established page addresses wherever possible.

Will a new website guarantee leads or Google rankings?

No. A professional website can make your business easier to understand and contact, but leads also depend on demand, visibility, your offer, and follow-up. Ongoing SEO and advertising are separate conversations.

What is included in my project?

You receive a written scope before work begins, covering the agreed pages, features, content responsibilities, revisions, and launch deliverables. Any additions are discussed and quoted separately.
